My name is Lace, and I've been roleplaying for a very long time. I roleplay online and in real life. I have played D&D, Cyberpunk, and I now dwell within the wonders of the game RIFTS. I am addicted.
Roleplayers anonymous has been suggested for me, but I scoff and such an insistance. Who cares that I spend almost seven hours a day or more doing it? Who cares that I am constantly thinking, writing, and or rolling up a new character?
I am a machine, and I have many creations.
Other Talents
Not only do I roleplay, but I have a finished novel that is in the first stages of editation on my part, and I have been teaching myself to draw digitally for the past year. I specialize in more comic style art, and I get better every day. I'm on deviantart, of course, many of the art posted was posted when I was just beginning or before I got better. My newest creations, Marijgon and the black and white 'painting' of how I invisioned Bellatrix Lestrange are my newest and best so far.
Other Stuff
I love reading. Right now I'm reading the Dark Tower series by Stephan King. Love that creepy-looking dude. My favorites include the Sabriel series by Garth Nix, the Harry Potter series, and many others. I also happen to harbor a shameful secret indulgence known as the Twilight series. I have a very love/hate relationship with that series.
I couldn't live without music. I listen to it every day, and I listen to just about everything. I firmy believe that EVERY genre of music has at least one song to offer. My favorites include Megadeth, Metallica, Disturbed, Pink, Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, and many, many, many, many, many others.
The Best for Last
The funny thing about this whole thing is that I constantly joke about not having a life, and that is entirely untrue. Not only do I begin College in January, but I also have a wonderful husband to whom I've been married for two years and two months, and two beautiful little girls.
I was an unwed teen mother when I had my first daughter Emilia, or Emma as we always call her, and she saved my life. My parents begged me to put her up for adoption, but I couldn't do it. She was supposed to be for me, or else it wouldn't feel so...wrong to think about.
I met Lance through Roleplaying and we married four months later. Later, we had a second daughter named Carianne or Annie. Most of my time spent on here is the sight minimized and me chasing after a nearly three year old and a year and a half old. I get back to my chair, refresh the page, look for a post, reply, and off I go again, unless it's between 10:30 -12:20 in the day, and 7:00 on at night. Nap times and bed times.
I'm a bit of a goof, a major Caffiene junkie, and I can be sarcastic at times. I look forward to roleplay with you all.
